At Key Client Services, we have plans for every size business.  Our rates are structured to meet the demanding needs of our Clients.

Project Plans
Project rates are invoiced at 50% in advance and the remaining due at project completion.

Retainer Plans
Retainer rates ensure ongoing support at a discounted rate.  Retainer rates are offered at a 10% discount. Retainer hours can be allotted in increments of 10, 15, or 20 hours per month.  Retainer fees are due on or before the first of the month, and do not carry over.

All packages are invoiced the 1st of the month with payment due upon receipt.  Account must be current in order for work to continue. Invoices will be sent via e-mail with payments made via PayPal; using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or your PayPal account.

Referral Program

Receive 25% off your next invoice for a new client referral that results in a signed agreement. Please have the client reference your name.

With all our plans certain expenses are billed to the client and may include, but are not limited to: long distance charges, copy/facsimile charges, postage, courier expenses, project supplies and other miscellaneous charges. All original receipts will be submitted to the customer.  Please note that all services, under any billing terms, require a signed agreement prior to commencement.
